The Admission Process

The enrollment process is straightforward, ensuring a hassle-free start for your child.

We offer assistance throughout the registration process, making it easy for you to access the opportunities your child deserves.

After prayerful consideration, if a family decides to proceed in the admissions process at LCA, the registration application must be completed along with required documents listed below. A non-refundable application fee of $25 is required to process your application. 

• Registration Packet
• Department of Health Immunization Record Form 680 (completed by physician)  
• Department of Health Physical Record Form 3040 (completed by physician).             
• Student's birth certificate or Passport
• Registering parent state approved identification 
• Proof of Residency (ex: utility bill, lease) 
• Record to Release Form (If transferring from another school)
